Our fabrication shop specializes in medium duty light poles, flag - poles, tubular garden poles, windsocks assemblies, special anchor & foundation bolts and their accessories. Key Tech has a wealth of experience in the production of welded steel fabrications for a variety of applications.

Our welding and steel fabrication techniques enable us to undertake One-off, Batch, and Production Line quantities. Lower volume fabrications are built from Machine Bed Plates, and Production Line quantities are built using Jigs and Fixtures to ensure consistency and accuracy, and are welded using the electric arc welding equipment.  

Jobs can be planned from customers' drawings or imported directly into our CAD system either in DWG format (AUTOCAD) or via DXF conversion, and our fabrication techniques enable us to undertake One-off, Batch, and Production Line quantities. We undertake to build complete Products ranging from small items up to the Concrete Mixer Drums, Silos and Trailer Bodies. We fabricate from scratch and finish paint, ready for dispatch to the end customer. 

If product requires a secondary operation such as drilling, tapping or punching, we have the equipment and knowledge to perform the work. For the more demanding close tolerance machining work, our CNC machining centers provide us with both accuracy and flexibility. Our in house coordinates measuring machine enables us to inspect material to our customer's specifications. 

We undertake to build complete Products ranging from small items up to the Concrete Mixer Drums, Silos and Trailer Bodies. We fabricate from scratch and finish paint, ready for dispatch to the end customer.
